When will GTA 6 community servers open

There is no honest precise answer to "when" today. There is, however, an order of conditions that must be met, and it gives a realistic picture.
First condition: the game itself
The game has to ship. Any schedule before that is a guess resting on a guess.
Second condition: a PC version
A community server requires a PC version. A console-only release moves nothing forward.
Third condition: modifiability
The game has to be technically extensible. That will only be clear after the PC version.
Fourth condition: a framework
Someone in the community has to write it. On GTA V that took years, and the work cannot start earlier.
Fifth condition: resources
A framework alone does not make a server. Jobs, housing and an economy are separate work that only begins afterwards.
The historical comparison
On GTA V, several years separate the console release from mature roleplay. The same order remains the most likely here.
Why an exact date is impossible
Four of the five conditions depend on no public schedule: the community fills them at its own pace.
What could accelerate it
Accumulated experience and existing patterns. The first servers may come faster than last time, but not immediately.
What could slow it down
A technically more closed game or a late PC version. Neither is known today.
What to follow
A PC version announcement is the first real signal. The second is the first working community tool.
What not to follow
Dates circulating without a source. Those are sales arguments, never information.
A realistic stance
Prepare for years and be glad if it is faster. The reverse order produces nothing but disappointment.
Most of what precedes is a matter of organisation rather than technique: the decisions are made before you start, the backups have to actually run, and the rules are written while nothing has gone wrong yet.
