GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR NEXUS OFFERS
The Client
The Client, hereinafter referred to as “Client”, AND:

Available via its website: https://nexus-games.com/, represented by its manager, hereinafter referred to as “Nexus”.
Preamble
The contract includes these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the registration form on the Nexus website, and the characteristics of the offer chosen by the Client. These documents are collectively referred to as the “Contract”.
Article 1 – Purpose
The Contract defines the terms and conditions for the provision of services by Nexus to Clients. Any use of the services is subject to the Client’s acceptance of the Contract.
The services provided by Nexus are governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute the entire contractual framework binding the parties. Online reservation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Contractual Terms.
The Client declares that they have the authority, legal capacity, and ability to enter into and fulfill the obligations set forth herein.
Article 2 – Services
Nexus is a service provider that offers game server hosting, website hosting, and VPS hosting.
Depending on the selected offer, a service may be provided with additional features, such as website hosting.
Article 3 – Technical Support
Nexus provides Clients with technical support via the website https://nexus-games.com/ under “My Account” → “Support” (the Client must be registered), via the control panel at https://panel.nexus-games.com/login under the “Support” section, or through Discord.
Technical support is intended to provide occasional assistance to the Client. It is not intended to provide direct interventions on the rented service. Any remote intervention may be subject to additional fees.
Article 4 – Service Provision and Billing
Nexus hosts the Client’s service on its server platform after the online order is placed at https://nexus-games.com/ and the corresponding payment is confirmed.
Nexus will send the Client a payment confirmation via email.
Upon validating the online order, the Contract between the Client and Nexus is established, subject to Nexus sending an installation confirmation email containing the access credentials and server details.
The date of this email determines the billing start date. The Contract is deemed final upon the installation confirmation.
This confirmation serves as proof in case of disputes.
Article 5 – Service Availability
Nexus commits to ensuring the availability, continuity, and quality of the services it provides, with a best-effort obligation.
Although Nexus strives to offer 24/7 Internet access, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to the nature of the Internet network.
The Client acknowledges that bandwidth fluctuations and issues with their Internet provider may cause service interruptions that are beyond Nexus’ control.
Article 6 – Client’s Obligations and Responsibilities
Access and Security
- The Client has no physical access to Nexus’ infrastructure (servers, network equipment, etc.).
- The Client is fully responsible for any modifications made to their rented service.
- The Client is responsible for any unauthorized access to their service.
Security and Updates
- To ensure security, Nexus notifies the Client via email about critical application updates.
- If the Client does not install security updates, Nexus reserves the right to suspend the service’s Internet connection until updates are completed.
Password Management
- The Client is solely responsible for their account passwords.
- Nexus assumes no liability for the misuse or unauthorized access to passwords.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- The Client bears full legal responsibility for the hosted content, including copyrights, data protection laws, and user rights.
- Nexus is not liable for illegal activities conducted on its servers.
- Spam and phishing are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the service.
Article 7 – Nexus’ Obligations
Nexus commits to:
- Ensuring 24/7 service availability, except during planned maintenance operations.
- Informing the Client in advance about any scheduled maintenance.
- Providing a user-friendly control panel for server management at https://panel.nexus-games.com/login.
Article 8 – Client Information and Service Conformity
The Client acknowledges that they have verified the suitability of the service for their needs and have received all necessary information from Nexus before subscribing.
The performance specifications listed for each product correspond to the server infrastructure on which the services are hosted.
Article 9 – Nexus’ Liability
Nexus is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Misuse, negligence, or failure by the Client.
- Non-compliance with recommendations provided by Nexus.
- Third-party actions beyond Nexus’ control.
- Force majeure events.
- Security breaches resulting from the Client’s negligence.
Nexus does not guarantee backups of hosted data. The Client is solely responsible for data backup.
